Preparation

For one serving, simply mix 30 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. You can also use (plant-based) milk, but keep in mind that this might change the nutritional values.

Recommendation

We suggest having 1 to 3 servings of Basic Whey Protein daily.
