NAC, or N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, is a slightly modified version of the naturally occurring amino acid cysteine, which is involved in the body's production of glutathione. 1 It is one of the most powerful antioxidants and is particularly recommended after intensive training sessions. And L-Glycine? This is another amino acid that is also essential for the synthesis of the amino acid glutathione. 2 Without L-Glycine, NAC is practically useless. And that is exactly why we brought this combination product onto the market.

Antioxidant power for your regeneration

Three letters, full superpower: The sufficient intake of cysteine, e.g. as NAC and L-glycine, is important to produce one of the most powerful antioxidants in the body: glutathione. And we need that, especially as athletes. Did you know that intensive training sessions can lead to oxidative damage? During training, more free radicals are formed that can attack the structures in the body. Antioxidants such as glutathione are able to neutralize these free radicals. Sounds good? It is!

Rest like a pro to perform like one

Intensive training does not simply pass you by without leaving a trace, otherwise it would not be intense enough. Under great strain and strong training stimuli, microtraumas develop in your body's muscles. Therefore, it is particularly important for us athletes to supply the body with all the necessary nutrients for optimal regeneration. Even if the performance-enhancing effect of antioxidants in sport is scientifically controversial, there are studies that have found a regenerative effect. 3
